At PH5, we want you to be completely satisfied with your innovative knitwear purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
